To provide our services as described below, through our portal, resources or website (platform), we need your agreement with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policies and Data Protection.

1. General Characteristics

1.1 Rh Publicações provides digital content to the users.

2. User permission

2.1 In accepting the Terms, the user has the granted right, which is not exclusive, non-sublicensable and limited to access the platform and use the free available digital content and in case there is and enrollment, access to payed digital content.

2.2 The rights not granted in writing in the Terms are reserved to Rh Publicações.

2.3 The thorough access to the platform is granted through a registered account for your non-commercial exclusive personal use. The account is personal and non-transferable; therefore, it cannot be transferred to anyone besides the subscriber, under any circumstances.

2.4 The user does not have the right to copy or record, in its whole or in parts, the available digital content.

2.5 The user may have free access during the period of 14 (fourteen) days to the digital teaching content made available by Rh Publicações, through a registration with the required data in our checkout when the option “FREE PERIOD” is chosen. After that period, the access to the plan with monthly recurrent payments will enter into force. The monthly rate is presented to the user at the moment of subscription.

2.6 The user willingly agrees that in every circumstance, relating to the digital content made available by Rh Publicações, his rights are limited by copyright laws and/or laws of intellectual property, as stablished above.

3. Service description

3.1 The access to the courses is made available by the membership area of Rh Publicações and the area of interaction between members.

3.2 Apart from the courses that are expressly declared as free, all the other must be purchased. Subscribers of our Annual Plan may also have free access to some courses.

Payment via Bank Billet/Bank Voucher: for this payment method, a bank voucher is created, and the amount charged for the access is equivalent to 12 (twelve) installments summed up in one.

Payment via credit card: for this payment method, the system will register your credit card to charge for the access. The payment can be done in monthly installments, between 2 (two) and 12 (twelve) installments with fixed, equal fees depending on the user’s choice.

4. Use of the account

4.1 You agree that you specifically will be the user of the account, you will not transfer it to a third person and will not share or make available the digital content exclusive to the subscribers of Rh Publicações.

4.2 You agree with notifying the company through our platform channels in case there is a violation of your account.

5.Policies and Rules

5.1 In accessing the platform, you will be subjected to all the rules described in the Terms and Policies, being that there might be amendments in the rules at any moment according to the guidelines of item 16.1.

5.2 Rh Publicações keeps track of the activities in its platform. Being so, there can be an exclusive identification of the system, aiming security and to avoid fraud.

5.3 The age requirements to be a user of our platform, to participate in raffles or offers is 13 (thirteen) years old, being that all who are under 16 (sixteen) must be represented, in negotiations with third parties, by their parents or legal representatives. All those over 16 and under 18 must be assisted by their parents or legal representative.

5.4 You agree with not using the digital content of the platform to transmit any kind of content that:

1. a) is illegal, violent, obscene, spam, privacy-invasive, slanderous, insulting or defamatory.
2. b) violates copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, privacy or marketing rights, other rights of intellectual property and other associated laws.
3. c) harm underage children, in any aspect whatsoever.
4. d) hold political ideology, campaigns and political advertising material.
5. f) programming codes designed to interfere in the functionality of any computer system or internet networks, e-mail, installed programs, etc., such as viruses.

5.5 You agree it is necessary to have good manners and consider how to relate to others in communicating to the users.

5.6 You agree that violating the Terms can cause banishment of the user with no right of reimbursement.

5.7 You agree that anonymity is forbidden inside Rh Publicações platform and that you will provide truthful information for the registration in case the company requests it for a specific purpose.

5.8 Being that the access is personal and non-transferable, it is forbidden to encourage others to violate this rule.

5.9 It is forbidden to resale, transfer or interchange the digital content provided on the platform and by the company. Being that it is rightful to make use of the content from Rh Publicações.

5.10 None of the content on the platform can be transferred to third parties without previous authorization from the company.

6. Use of the platform

6.1 The rights stipulated on these Terms do not grant any of the following rights:

1. a) To settle any agreements with any transmission system to generate profit (earth, satellite, cable and/or other channels of distribution).
2. b) To distribute to third parties the teaching content from Rh Publicações in other content distribution systems (payed audio apps or on demand or similar) or medias such as Compact Disc, Digital Versatile Disc, semiconductor chips, hard drives, memory cards and similar).
3. c) To replicate the digital content from Rh Publicações or its commercial/promotional use.
4. d) To distribute or redistribute the teaching content of Rh Publicações in streaming apps (via internet, intranet and/or other networks).
5. e) Commercial use for sale, resale, replication, distribution or advertising of the teaching content from Rh Publicações.

6.2 In case the user has authorization to property or management of the teaching content from Rh Publicações, he will be responsible for not losing it, damaging it or destroying it.

7. Reimbursement

7.1 Unless there is a specification in writing, there will not be reimbursements. The terms of each purchase made on the platform will be effective from the moment the user accepts it and the payment is confirmed and the digital content purchased is released.

8. Termination

8.1 The company has the right to block the account of any user and prevent their access at any moment, in case there is confirmation of any violation of the Terms or Policies.

8.2 As informed, none of the payments or fees will be reimbursed – unless in cases in which such conduct is stablished in writing or in which Rh Publicações offers to do so.

8.3 To terminate your enrollment, you must send your termination request to the support channel: [email protected], and contact the support team directly on the platform via chat. The user is responsible for communicating the decision of termination observing the detail that in case the termination is not effected before the payment date of a monthly installment, that installment will be charged as usual.

9. Annual plan termination

9.1 The termination of a quarterly, 6-month and annual subscription may be done even after the end of the free evaluation period. The request shall take place 15 (fifteen) days before the next payment is due.

9.2 After the termination of your annual subscription, your access to the platform will remain active considering your last payment and the due period of utilization. The reimbursement will be proportional to the period between the date of termination and the end of the annual plan, being that 30% of this total remains with the company as a fee related to the early termination.

9.3 You agree that in case of termination of the annual plan, a 30% fee will be charged as a fine. Besides that, the amount payed for the period of active use of the platform will not be reimbursed.

10. Payments and credit card transactions

10.1 To process the payment of a purchase of one of our services, we will share your credit card number, bank details, billing details and contact information with financial institutions, payment services provider and credit card companies.

10.2 In registering your credit card, there might be a fee of R$1,00 (one Brazilian Real) to validate the credit card with the credit card company. The amount charged will be reversed up to 72 hours.

10.3 You agree that all the fees and taxes are charged to your credit card, besides any other expense related to the use of Rh Publicações platform.

10.4 All the expenses will be charged to your credit card, according to the payment method chosen in our platform. Whatever fees or bank charges resulting from the purchase here described will your responsibility.

10.5 Once the subscription period is over, your access will be automatically extended. You agree that the amounts regarding the extension are charged and is your responsibility to maintain funds for the payment in due time.

10.6 You agree you are responsible for maintaining your payment information updated.

10.7 In providing credit card information to Rh Publicações, you agree to check the terms and conditions enforced by the card issuer concerning requirements and restrictions about your responsibility in case of loss, theft or non-authorized use of the card, as well as information related to the use of the card and credit limit.

10.8 You agree you will be the sole responsible for the payment of all billed amounts. You agree you will not provide any credit card information that is not under your name.

11. Price fluctuation

11.1 All the prices of digital content may be altered immediately with no need of previous notification to the user.

12. Privacy

12.1 In registering on the platform, you agree in following the Terms and our Policies.

13. Information

13.1 You declare all provided information at the moment of the registration is true, corresponding to the company’s request and updated, committing to updating it any time there is an alteration and providing it willingly in case there is a request.

13.2 You declare all provided information do not break any law of national security or third parties’ rights.

14. Potential hazards

14.1 You agree that any malicious software, virus or programming codes that the user’s device may acquire during the use of the platform or outside of it, are under the responsibility of the user and not of Rh Publicações.

15. Variations to the terms of use

15.1 Rh Publicações may alter, at any moment, these Terms and its Policies updating its content aiming technology improvement. Once there are alterations Rh Publicações will communicate its users via e-mail or in announcements on the specific area of the platform, requesting agreement relating the alterations.

15.2 In continuing to access the content after the communication of Terms and Policies alteration, Rh Publicações understands and considers the action as a consent to the new published version.

16. Digital content

16.1 Any digital content on the platform may be altered, removed, relocated, reorganized, recorded again, re-edited, and put together with other content by Rh Publicações or by a third party if there is authorization by the company.

16.2 The user has the responsibility of checking the availability of the digital content on the platform, being it payed or free.

17. Intellectual property
18. a) The elements, content, structures, selections, ordering/sorting, presentations of the content and the operational programs are protected by rights of intellectual property of Rh Publicações or third parties.
19. b) Without previous and explicit authorization from the owners, you will not be able to handle any of the protected elements in certain ways such as web crawling on the app, to replicate it, exhibit it, change it, modify it, dismantle it, work with reverse engineering on it, distribute it, rent it, supply it, make available to the public.
20. Copyright

18.1 All the content made available by the company is protected by copyright laws and applicable copyright treaties.

18.2 None of the users has authorization to disclose, modify or market the contents of the platform.

18.3 In accessing the platform, you accept to observe all the laws of copyright protection that may encompass the content from the company.

19. Content rights

19.1 You certify that all the content provided by you on the platform is according to the current laws of copyright and intellectual property, and it is up to the user to take responsibility for what is published or provided.

20. Intellectual property rights violation

20.1 The violation of intellectual property rights, being that a loss to the company or to a third party, can result in banishment of the user without reimbursement of the payed amounts.

21. Limitation and restriction of liability

21.1 Rh Publicações does not create implied liabilities with the user in these Terms, Policies and specific offers of products of the platform besides what is expressly described.

21.2 You are aware that it is necessary to use equipment compatible with the digital content offered by the platform.

21.3 You are aware that in sharing personal information or contact information on the platform, other users may have access to it.

21.4 Due to the fact that it is a platform with a comment area, Rh Publicações may contain opinions from other users and in any way, these may be attributed to the company without its authorization.

The rights that have not been mentioned here are reserved to the company Rh Publicações.
